Ina is a Swiss designer with 15 years of experience in design, branding, and visual storytelling. She began her career in leading advertising agencies, where she built strong expertise in concept development, corporate identity, and creative direction. In 2020, she founded Kontrast Design, which has since evolved into ZurichSofia — an agency with a broader vision and international outlook.
Mirela leads our IT & Digital Marketing team with a rare blend of academic depth and real-world precision. Armed with a Master's, two Bachelor's degrees, and executive programs from Harvard, Cambridge, and Berkeley, she brings a cross-disciplinary mind to every project. Her journey spans corporate strategy, marketing, scientific research, and product chemistry. Today, she fuses all of it into one engine: market intelligence, digital strategy, analytics, and sustainable growth models that move brands forward.
Mark is an experienced Web developer who seamlessly combines technological innovation with thoughtful design. His dedication and approachable nature make him an essential part of our team.
Viktor is our dedicated client consultant, actively building new relationships and representing our company with professionalism and confidence. His drive and communication skills make him an invaluable ambassador for our work.
Sabina is our creative Social Media Manager, bringing our online presence to life with her sharp eye for trends and an engaging, dynamic approach.
Rahel is our photographer, turning moments into imagery that feels authentic, vibrant and beautifully composed.
Tsvetomira is an experienced React developer. Her dedication, sharp problem-solving mindset and unmistakable IT-nerd charm make her an essential part of our team and when she's not coding, she's either admiring cats or fast cars.
Egor is our youngest developer, currently studying IT at the university yet already impressively talented. His speed of learning and fresh perspective make him a bright new mind on our team.
